Uses and Use Restrictions
Projects that support the Great Basin Restoration Initiative through the implementation of the Eastern Nevada Landscape Restoration Project and ensure resilient and healthy ecosystems in the Great Basin by restoring native plant communities and natural mosaic on the landscape that function within the parameters of natural fire regimes in White Pine and Lincoln counties in the state of Nevada.
Activities may include scientific analyses, hazardous fuels and mechanical treatments and related work.

Criteria for Selecting Proposals
Domestic Grants are negotiated on the basis of project objectives to be achieved, with emphasis on restoration, protection, and enhancement of fish and wildlife habitat, and other resources on public and private land, the reduction of risk from natural disaster where public safety is threatened, or a combination thereof or both that benefit these resources within the watershed; and funding is available.
