The U.S. President"s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief Programs

The Office of the U.S.

Global AIDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the U.S.

global response to HIV/AIDS through the U.S.

President"s Plan for Emergency AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).

The objective of this program is to provide support in achieving the HIV/AIDS
care, treatment, and prevention goals of PEPFAR as detailed in the PEPFAR Blueprint.

In accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular No. A-133 (Revised, June 27, 2003), "Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations," nonfederal entities that expend financial assistance of $500,000 or more in Federal awards will have a single or a program-specific audit conducted for that year. Nonfederal entities that expend less than $500,000 a year in Federal awards are exempt from Federal audit requirements for that year, except as noted in Circular No. A-133.

Co-founders William Mann and David Mravyan devised the Sensimat during a mandatory project for their MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada. Sensimat is a device that helps manage and assess pressure among wheelchair users.
