Iraq Community Action Program, Phase III

USAID is seeking applications from qualified organizations to implement the next phase of the Iraq Community Action Program (CAP III).

CAP will promote diverse and representative citizen participation throughout Iraq, will engage and assist local government in articulating and acting on needs

identified by communities and will assist innocent victims of military operations.
