Through this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), the Hydropower Program is looking to fund early-stage research into innovative fish passage solutions

to effectively provide volitional upstream fish passage while reducing both construction and operational costs compared to existing methods.

There are two Topic Areas under this FOA.

Each Topic Area contains two Subtopics.
