Interested organizatons are invited to submit Statements of Interest (SOI) outlining project concepts and capacity to manage projects that will contribute to stabilization in Iraq by advancing human rights and rule of law; promoting transitional justice, atrocities prevention, and accountability; strengthening

effective governance and increasing political participation; and protecting and empowering women and girls.
