Safe Routes to School Clearinghouse 2013
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is accepting applications for a cooperative agreement to establish and operate a National Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Clearinghouse.
This agreement will replace the existing national SRTS clearinghouse known as the National Center for SRTS (www.saferoutesinfo.org).

The Applicant must meet the definition of a national organization promoting safe routes to schools.
National Organization - shall be an organization that demonstrates nation-wide experience working with Federal, State, and local partners, and that demonstrates a national impact tnrough its activities.
Nonprofit Organization - shall be an organization that qualifies as a nonprofit organization under State laws, and meets requirements under Section 501 (c) of the U. S. Internal Revenue Code.
