The Office of Global Educational Programs of the U. S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) announces an open competition to administer the Community College Administrator Program.

Accredited U. S. colleges and universities and other organizations meeting

credit:


the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)3 may submit proposals to cooperate with the Bureau to administer and implement up to five, six-week exchange programs in the United States for foreign government officials with higher education planning responsibilities and administrators from post-secondary vocational and technical institutions in selected countries, possibly including, but not limited to, Brazil, India, Mexico, and Pakistan.
