The IRS Program provides grants to eligible applicants to conduct research and studies to improve and strengthen instruction in modern foreign languages, area studies, and other international fields.Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number:
8 4. 017A- 1. Applications for grants under the IRS Program, CFDA number 8 4. 017A, must be submitted electronically using the Government-wide Grants.gov Apply site at www.Grants.gov.
