Purposeof Program:
The MSEIP isdesigned to effect long-range improvement in science and engineering educationat predominantly minority institutions and to increase the flow ofunderrepresented ethnic minorities, particularly minority women, intoscientific and technological careers, consistent with nondiscriminationrequirements contained in the U. S. Constitution and Federal civil rights laws.
