This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits applications that will be used to support a local government Compliance Assistance Center (“Center”).

EPA seeks to provide financial assistance to a recipient to continue operation and maintenance of the Compliance Assistance

This Request for Applications solicits applications for this project from nonprofit organizations, colleges, universities, and state, tribal and local governments.

For-profit organizations are not an eligible entity for this funding opportunity.

The Agency will award a cooperative agreement under this announcement.
