U.S.C.

§ 30 0. ) The primary focus of OASH is leading America to healthier lives, especially for those who have suffered historic disparities.

In support of this vision, OPA promotes health across the reproductive lifespan through innovative, evidence-based sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and family planning programs, services, strategic partnerships, evaluation, and research.

Grants funded through this NOFO will help to meet the current and expected increase in demand for Title X family planning services, including emergency contraception and other Title X family planning services for clients both within and outside states where restrictive laws and policies impact reproductive health access (e.g.

Texas Law SB8), or in states where there is a lack of or limited Title X support.

At present, six states (HI, ME, OR, UT, VT, and WA) have no Title X support and an additional seven states (HI, ME, OR, UT, VT, and WA) have limited Title X capacity.
