The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit concept notes for small arms and light weapons destruction, humanitarian demining, explosive ordnance disposal, victims’
