FY 2014 Funding Opportunity Announcement for NGO programs benefiting refugees and IDPs in Bosnia and Herzegovina
PRM is looking to funding activities supporting refugees and IDPs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary
base of at least 50% refugees or IDPs.
Proposals must focus on at least one of the following sectors:
capacity building, livelihoods, or protection.
All proposals must address how project activities and objectives will support the Regional Housing Program's (RHP) efforts.
Proposals shall not exceed $200,000 in PRM-requested funding.
At least $50,000 of the total budget must be devoted towards capacity building objectives.

(1) International Organizations.
International Organizations (IOs) should not submit proposals through Grants.gov in response to this Funding Opportunity Announcement.
Rather IOs such as UN agencies and other Public International Organizations (PIOs) that are seeking funding for programs relevant to this announcement should contact the relevant PRM Program Officer (as listed below) on or before the closing date of the funding announcement.
