Support for Scale-Up of Community Package of High Impact Interventions - Phase II

To increase access to and utilization of community PIHI services in each of the six selected health zone sites listed in this NFO.

The Activity Objective will be supported through the four intermediate results listed below:
IR 1:
Increased demand for and use of Community PIHI services by

local communities.

IR 2:
Increased availability of and access to Community PIHI services in target health zones.

IR 3:
Improved quality of Community PIHI services through a cadre of CHWs.

IR 4:
Strengthened community health management and information system (HMIS) to provide data for local planning and decision-making.
