South Hadley, Southampton Seek State Grant for Housing Renovations

South Hadley and Southampton are tapping into a state grant worth up to $900,000 from the state Department of Housing and Community Development.


The two towns have teamed up in a regional Community Development Block Grant application because housing renovations are among the projects both proposed. There are currently 13 applicants for housing rehabilitation in South Hadley and eight in Southampton.
