Watertown City Council to Accept Grant for Wastewater Disinfection Project

Watertown City Council will be accepting an Empire State Development grant to continue building its disinfection facility at the city's wastewater plant.


The North Country Regional Economic Development Council approved a $500,000 grant to support with the cost of the $6 million project to install a hypochlorite disinfection system behind settling tanks at the plant.
