Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP)

The purposes of the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) was to accelerate broadband deployment in unserved and underserved areas and ensuring that strategic institutions which are likely to create jobs or provide significant public benefits have broadband connections.
