Credentials/Documentation
The DoD Impact Aid for Children with Severe Disabilities Program annually notifies eligible LEAs that they may apply for DoD Impact Aid for Children with Severe Disabilities. a SD Form 816/816c must be submitted if the eligible LEA wants to apply. While no application is required for DoD Impact Aid Supplemental and Large Scale Rebasing, banking information will be required for award payments. This program is excluded from coverage under 2 CFR 200, Subpart E - Cost Principles.
