The Office of English Language Programs of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs announces an open competition for proposals to advance the Bureau's objectives through support of academic exchanges that will result in the improvement of English teaching capacity around the world and the
enhancement of mutual understanding between the people of the United States and those of other countries through exchanges of U. S. English language educators to all regions of the world.
