Proposed activities should primarily support refugees and asylum seekers populations in Tanzania and Uganda as described in the country guidelines below.

Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider

credit:


funding only those programs that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees/asylum seekers.
