Proposed activities should primarily support refugee populations in Egypt.
Programs must provide a beneficiary breakdown by proportion of Syrian refugee, non-Syrian refugee, and host community populations.
Priority will be given to programs that target the most vulnerable populations.
Because
credit:
of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those programs that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees, to include programs where Syrian refugees constitute at least 50% of the target beneficiary population.
Projects should demonstrate an emphasis on mainstreaming protection, including gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response and child protection, across proposed sectors and activities.
