North Dakota Environmental Infrastructure (Section 594) - ARRA

To provide environmental assistance to non-Federal interests in Ohio and North Dakota.

Assistance may be in the form of design and construction assistance for water-related environmental infrastructure and resource protection and development projects in Ohio and North Dakota, including projects
for: wastewater treatment and related facilities; combined sewer overflow, water supply, storage, treatment, and related facilities; mine drainage; environmental restoration; and surface water resource protection and development.

Fiscal Year 2009: ARRA funded (FY 09) North Dakota projects: Valley City Sewer and Water Improvements Project, Cass Rural Water Casselton/Kindred Project, Southeast Rural Water District Northeast Richland County Reservoir Improvements project.

Fiscal Year 2010: ARRA funded (FY 10) North Dakota projects: McKenzie County Rural Water System, Mountrail Phase I, City of Zeeland Water Main Replacement, Stateline Water Co-operative Storage Improvements/Expansion, Wells Count Water System Phase 1.
