South Central Pennsylvania Envrionmental Infrastructure (Section 313) - ARRA
Assistance may be in the form of design and construction assistance for water-related environmental infrastructure and resource protection and development projects in south central Pennsylvania, including
Fiscal Year 2009: ARRA funded (FY09) projects: Dunbar Boro/Twp Sewage System, Lower Ten Mile Sewer System, Pegasus Sewer and SW Pater Water System.
Fiscal Year 2010: (FY10) Dunbar Boro/Twp Sewage System and Pegasus Sewer.
Fiscal Year 2011: No Current Data Available

Uses and Use Restrictions
This program is to provide environmental assistance to non-Federal interests in south central Pennsylvania.
Assistance may be in the form of design and construction assistance for water-related environmental infrastructure and resource protection and development projects in south central Pennsylvania, including projects for: wastewater treatment and related facilities; water supply, storage, treatment, and distribution facilities; and surface water resource protection and development.
Assistance may be provided only for projects that are publically owned and must enter into a written agreement to furnish its required cooperation for the project.
