Eligible applicants for Purpose Area 1 are state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies (as recognized by the Secretary of the Interior), prosecutor’s offices, or a governmental non-law enforcement agency acting as fiscal agent for the applicant.Eligible applicants for Purpose Area 2 are limited to the lead applicant entities that received award funding under the FY 2015 SAKI Competitive Grant Announcement.
