The tasks to be performed under this agreement include but are not limited to Development of outreach products such as Photos,videos,multimedia materials Print products, such as fact sheets, brochures, maps and handouts Strategic planning and support of identified outreach programs Hosting outreach


events with partners and stakeholders Initially the focus of this cooperative agreement will be on conservation of sage grouse, sagebrush ecosystems and the Prairie Pothole region, including habitat and dependent species.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
This Single Source Award is being awarded in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B ¿ 505 DM 2.14, B(3): Legislative intent- The language in the applicable authorizing legislation or legislative history clearly indicates Congress' intent to restrict award to a particular recipient or purpose.

o NFWF is the foundation established by Congress specifically to work with the Service on projects of this nature.

¿ 505 DM 2.14, B(4): Unique Qualifications- The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon a variety of demonstrable factors such as location, property ownership, voluntary support capacity, cost-sharing ability, if applicable, technical expertise, or other such unique qualifications.

o NFWF is the one foundation established specifically for working with the Service on conservation projects and the only foundation that charges a capped 10% direct cost for incurred expenditures related to carrying out projects in cooperation with us.
