Branford Obtains $500,000 State Grant for New Public Restrooms

Agency - Small Town Economic Assistance Program

Branford will get to have new public restrooms thanks to a state grant worth $500,000.


The grant will support the acquisition and conversion of the Stony Creek Post Office into a newly renovated public restroom. The grant comes from the Small Town Economic Assistance Program (STEAP), which is part of the more than $5 million in STEAP funds awarded to small towns.
