Pike County to Reapply for Mississippi Recreational Trails Program Grant

Pike County is set to reapply for the Mississippi Recreational Trails Program grant to help the county in building a paved walking trail at its multipurpose property on Quinlivan Road.


The state Department of Transportation (DOT) will administer the grant. County officials have already gleaned a $280,000 DOT grant but not the trails grant.
