Sturt Baseball Club Scores $75,000 State Grant for Fly-Ball Nets

STURT Baseball Club scored $75,000 state grant to pay for the purchase of fly-ball nets at Norman Reserve, Mitcham.


Mitcham Council awarded the 250-player baseball club a five-year lease earlier this year with the condition it would install $150,000 of netting and fencing to protect surrounding residents from fly-balls.
