Additional Information of Eligibility:
All 56 States and territories, as well as the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia, are eligible to apply for Fiscal Year 2010 EMPG funds.

Either the State Administrative Agency (SAA) or the State’s Emergency Management Agency (EMA) are eligible to apply directly to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for EMPG funds on behalf of State and local emergency management agencies, however only one application will be accepted from each State or territory.
