Additional Information of Eligibility:
While all applicants listed can apply, to be eligible for this opportunity they must also:Receive less than $2 million per year in federal funds within the last five years, directly or indirectly.Demonstrate a record of successful work in underserved communities.

This work must include promoting environmental justice, building coalitions to advance health equity, and conducting grassroot community education.Be physically located in the community they plan to serve at the time of application.To meet these requirements, you must:Attach a letter from your authorizing business official attesting that the organization receives less than $2 million per year in federal funds within the last five years, directly or indirectly and provides a physical address of the organization.

Depending on the system, your business official may also be called the authorized organization representative (AOR).Attach three letters of support that describe successful work in underserved communities.

Include information to support requirement 2 above. Provide a physical address that is clearly within the community you plan to serve.
