The Native Hawaiian Career and Technical Education Program (NHCTEP) provides grants to eligible community-based organizations to plan, conduct, and administer programs, or portions of programs, that are for the benefit of Native Hawaiians and authorized by and consistent with the purposes of section 116 of the Carl D.

Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Act).

Applications for grants under this program must be submitted electronically unless you qualify for an exception to this requirement in accordance with the instructions in this section.

You must search for the downloadable application package for this program by the CFDA number.

Do not include the CFDA number's alpha suffix in your search (e.g., search for 8 4. 259, not 8 4. 259A).
