APTR is the only organization with the experience and scientific standing to accomplish the goals set forth in this announcement.

With greater than 65 years of experience in prevention education, APTR’s mission is to advance population-based and public health education, research, and service by linking and supporting members of the prevention community.

The existing relationship between APTR and ODPHP/OPHS/HHS provides a unique opportunity to maximize HHS’s return on investment for this project.

There is no other organization with APTR’s history and capability.
