The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to the San Francisco Estuary Institute, under the authority of catalog for domestic assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 527, San Luis Unit, Central Valley Project.

to fund the compilation and publication of environmental monitoring data associated with the Grassland Bypass Project.

The Project separates agricultural drainage water from wetland water supply channels, significantly improving the quality of water and habitat in central California.

R11AS20005 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2. 14(B)(1) & (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
