Pyramid and Summit Lakes Protection Program

The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Notice of Intent (NOI) for a grant agreement to Great Basin Land and Water (GBLW)for the following program – Pyramid and Summit Lakes Protection Program, under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance

(CFDA) 1 5. 508, Agricultural Act of 2014, Title II, Section 2507, Public Law 113-79 Enacted February 7, 201 4. The purpose of this project is to fund activities that will assist in the recovery of Summit and Pyramid Lakes’ populations of Lahontan cutthroat trout and other native fish species, improve water quality and protect the physical integrity of the lands around these lakes.

A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2. 14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
